Looks like the detection for 2i uses the cfname from Descriptor which is pulled from the directories
the sstables are in. This means now if the path has "."s in it, it will think its a 2i and
use the LocalPartitioner. Is there a way we can do this without relying on the directories
the sstables exist in? Especially problematic if using relative paths. since a ".." will blow
the detection.
