Yuki Morishita resolved CASSANDRA-10607.

    Resolution: Fixed

I tried the step in cassandra-2.2 branch and the issue seems fixed.

Closing as Fixed by [PYTHON-413|https://datastax-oss.atlassian.net/browse/PYTHON-413].
