> upgrade_tests/cql_tests.py:TestCQLNodes2RF1_2_1_HEAD_UpTo_2_2.map_keys_indexing_test
> {code}
> fail on CassCI with the error
> {code}
> code=2200 [Invalid query] message="Cannot create index on values(m): an index on keys(m)
already exists and indexing a map on more than one dimension at the same time is not currently
supported"
> {code}
> So, it looks like these tests are trying to create indexes on earlier versions than the
tested behavior is supported. I think the thing to do is check during the test to see what
version the nodes are running, and skip the test if we're running too early a version.
