Thanks! Patch looks good. Fixed a couple of pep8 violations, added a simple test with {{TZ}}
if pytz is on path and did some minor update in the warning message wording + added an additional
{{\n}} so they will be noticed more easily on startup. Submitted cassci tests and will check
if it's working correctly on Windows next.


[~philipthompson] Could you setup a cqlshlib cassci run with the branches above? Do you know
if the cassci machines have pytz installed? Thanks!
