[~philipthompson] are you comfortable with running this with {{no_vnodes}} only? I'm a little
nervous about it since the the two test modes tend to expose errors in unexpected ways.

2.2. It's hard to tell what failures are repair-specific, but there are a few distinct failures
I've seen recently:

I believe this is related to CASSANDRA-9730, but someone should confirm this.
