Some {{DROP (IF EXISTS) non_existing_keyspace.foo}} statements fail to execute (or raise an
error).
Fix for that is in [this branch|https://github.com/snazy/cassandra/tree/10365-drop-if-exists]
and cassia's working on [the utests|http://cassci.datastax.com/job/snazy-10365-drop-if-exists-testall/1/].
