Committed as [177f607057a9d4c4b3746cec51e8e283938a5363|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/commit/177f607057a9d4c4b3746cec51e8e283938a5363]
to 2.2 and merged with 3.0, 3.1, and trunk. Made some autocloseable change on commit.
