Changed the patch to error on unknown options - including {{cassandra start}} and {{cassandra
-C}} for example.
Triggered a [dtest run|http://cassci.datastax.com/view/Dev/view/snazy/job/snazy-8142-root-trunk-dtest/]
on that patch.
