Thanks for the patch. Code looks good. Applied patch locally and tested a few commands (use,
select, paging, tracing, cas insert), and everything seems to work fine (apart from some minor
nit already addressed offline by [~aholmber]).

Submitted a [3.0 branch|] to cassci:

Waiting for submission of 2.1 and 2.2 patches ([~aholmber] is merging it, thanks!).
