Thanks for the patch.

I suggest extending current {{rebuild}} command.
Add couples option perhaps?

It looks like we can deduplicate code from {{rebuild}} and {{rebuildRange}}.

nit: We place curly braces on new line. (http://wiki.apache.org/cassandra/CodeStyle)
