Subject [jira] [Commented] (CASSANDRA-10416) Windows dtest 3.0: clustering_order_test dtest fails
Date Wed, 30 Sep 2015 20:59:05 GMT

Jim Witschey commented on CASSANDRA-10416:

Sorry to bring you in on this prematurely, Adam. We were pulling but not reinstalling:

cd C:/Users/jenkins/python-driver
git pull

I changed it to this on a scratch job on CassCI:

cd C:/Users/jenkins/python-driver
git pull
echo y | pip uninstall cassandra-driver
pip install -e .

(The existing install is done with {{-e}} so we won't use {{--upgrade}}.)

My scratch job ran clean and addressed the issues here and on CASSANDRA-10417:

Since that succeeded, I've switched over the other windows dtest jobs to uninstall and reinstall.

fails on cassandra-3.0 under Windows -- the test expects a table's metadata object, represented
as a CQL query, to indicate its ordering.
