Searching around, I've confirmed my suspicions that something is wrong with your system python.
You do not appear to have ssl installed. The problem is not with cqlsh. See this StackOverflow
for an idea of how to fix your issue: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5128845/importerror-no-module-named-ssl
