As a data point, my own preference would be to call them "denormalized views". As my preference
would go to never do the "only keys", I can agree that calling them "index" is a bit misleading.
But I can also agree that "materialized views" might confuse SQL users that might expect more
from them than what we'll offer. So granted "denormalized views" doesn't reference an existing
term but I see that as a feature. Plus denormalization is really what we're doing there so
