We're not disagreeing with you, but given how things are working internally, we don't know
how to fix it currently. Once we've fixed CASSANDRA-6123, we might be able to fix that too,
but before that this will have to be a known gotcha. Unless you have an actual solution to
fix this (that don't involve entirely redisigning the internal list implementation preferably)?
