Subject [jira] [Commented] (CASSANDRA-7316) Windows: address potential JVM swapping
Date Thu, 02 Oct 2014 17:39:34 GMT

Joshua McKenzie commented on CASSANDRA-7316:

Attempting to reproduce this on a vm since my primary machine is working fine. Had philip
dump out the Win32_PageFileSetting info coming back and the query isn't giving him any data
at all about maximumsize, and I'm not finding anything about permissions restrictions giving
back only partial info. If I can't get to the bottom of this in a short time I'll just post
a v3 that'll mention it can't derive the page file size instead of printing 0, since the important
information we're looking for here is whether swap is enabled at all or not.

address space on Windows to prevent page faults.
