Subject [jira] [Updated] (CASSANDRA-7173) Make "nodetool [ring|status] system" return a message that ownership is nonsense
Date Sat, 13 Sep 2014 20:32:34 GMT

Steven Nelson updated CASSANDRA-7173:
    Attachment: 0003-Change-nodetool-ring-to-match-nodetool-status.patch

Okay, last patch, I promise. This one updates node tool ring to match nodetool status

> The ownership column for the output for nodetool [ring|status] really doesn't make sense
for the system keyspace since it's a special case and uses the LocalStrategy. We should return
a message, perhaps like we do when not specifying a keyspace, that the ownership in the case
of system is nonsense.
