{{hinted_handoff_throttle_delay_in_ms}} is gone from cassandra.yaml since 1.1, not sure why the fixver is targeting 2.0.10. I can post a patch for 1.1 but do we want to modify that branch so late on? P.S. will update fix version to 1.1.x
