FWIW, I couldn't reproduce locally, but 2 people have done so (https://github.com/datastax/python-driver/issues/179)
and I'm pretty sure that the issue is there.

Not marking as Patch Available yet - asking [~amontalenti] or [~msukmanowsky] to try running
with the patch first and see if it fixes the issue for sure.

because CM.apply()-created replication mutation doesn't copy the cell names/partition key
from the original mutation AND eventually doesn't have the same source frame, making ref counting
not work there.
