On a system configured with:

 * PasswordAuthenticator
 * CassandraAuthorizer

If you login as a super user and issue:
{noformat}
list all permissions;
{noformat}
where permissions have been granted to a user you get back:
{noformat}
Keyspace None not found.
{noformat}
