[~mishail] Alexey Filippov is right. Regenerating {{version.properties}} creates the {{version.properties}}
file in {{$&#123;build.src.resources&#125;/org/apache/cassandra/config}}, however,
{{$&#123;build.src.resources&#125;}} is not configured as an Eclipse src directory
causing {{version.properties}} not to be copied to {{$&#123;build.classes.main&#125;}}.
