bq.  switching from Executors#newCachedThreadPool to DebuggableThreadPoolExecutor

DebuggableThreadPoolExecutor with that constructor keeps only one thread for tasks submitted.
I used newCachedThreadPool there to parallelize execution of short running tasks as much as
possible.
