Not that hard, here's a patch that adds it but doesn't do anything with it.  I'll note though,
that adding this in a minor means we'd need some kind of default for installations that don't
have the parameter, so I guess to maintain the current behavior we'd have to fall back to
using rpc_address :(  This patch doesn't do that.
