Jonathan Ellis resolved CASSANDRA-5265.
---------------------------------------

       Resolution: Later
    Fix Version/s: (was: 2.1)

So far, we've had a couple of customers were interested in having different numbers of vnodes
per node to allow for mismatched hardware, but that seems to be adequately supported by bootstrapping
with a correct config for each node. I have never had anyone ask to be able to adjust it on
a live node.

> It should be possible to alter the proportion of data a node owns by increasing, or decreasing
the number of tokens assigned to it.
