Jonathan Ellis resolved CASSANDRA-6511.
---------------------------------------

    Resolution: Won't Fix

OFFSET is inherently O(n) in the number of columns skipped.

> Currently I can to do:
> SELECT * FROM top_posts WHERE id="music" LIMIT 10;
> If it was possible to extend the LIMIT clause to:
> [LIMIT {[offset,] row_count | row_count OFFSET offset}]
> SELECT * FROM top_posts WHERE id="music" LIMIT 10, 10;
> Pagination will be possible without using clustering key with less than or greater than.
