Subject [jira] [Commented] (CASSANDRA-5742) Add command "list snapshots" to nodetool
Date Mon, 16 Dec 2013 21:28:08 GMT

sankalp kohli commented on CASSANDRA-5742:

In this command, I am displaying snapshot and how much true space they are taking and how
much total space they are taking.
If I need to add your suggestion
"Suggest adding a total space used as well (that doesn't double-count multiple snapshots of
the same file) the way we did for cfstats in"

Then it will be a global value across snapshots and user can get that from cfstats. Does that
sound reasonable?

instead of me having to browse the filesystem to fetch the names of the snapshots.
