Just to make sure we're all on the same page, my understanding here is that we want to write
a new stress tool, not really update the current one. The reasoning being that if we want
to have clean CQL support *and* use the native protocol, it's probably simpler/cleaner to
start anew. Of course, nothing is set in stone, but I personally think the stress tool could
use being rewritten, and we should at least agree on where we're going.
