That makes sense, Chris. Currently I don't expose any v8 methods, so the new `long mappingCount()`
method isn't exposed. You probably are not asking for the count and only for better internal
handling, right?

I plan on exposing more v8 style methods, but deferred that for this release because I found
two issues with computeIfAbsent(). I might try re-implementing Guava Cache as a decorator
on top of CLHM since its 33x-50x faster under a synthetic load.
