We should bring up the trigger class in a separate class loader (or some other method) so
they can be reloaded. I have done this before in Java and in groovy using the http://groovy.codehaus.org/api/groovy/lang/GroovyClassLoader.html.
I say this because if a trigger needs to be redeployed we should not have to stop the entire
cluster to do so.
