I'm -1 on just shrugging and throwing numbers at it until it appears to work.  I want to find
out *why* 160 isn't enough, because there isn't supposed to be anything allocated on the stack
anywhere near that size.  Let's either find the bug that is the root cause or advance our
understanding of where that memory is going.
