Subject [jira] [Commented] (CASSANDRA-4188) stress tool return a non-zero value when it fails
Date Thu, 26 Apr 2012 16:42:18 GMT

Tyler Patterson commented on CASSANDRA-4188:

bq. That was fixed by CASSANDRA-4128

4128 fixed the hanging; by this ticket I was hoping for a return value to tell when it goes
really wrong (the cases that previously caused hanging). It would be nice if it is an easy
change. I'm ok with parsing the output or a log though, since like Jonathan pointed out, "succeeded"
in stress isn't always obvious.

return code if stress succeeded or failed.
