BulkRecordWriter will throw NullExceptions if no data is sent with the reducer
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CASSANDRA-3944
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-3944
             Project: Cassandra
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.1.0
            Reporter: Chris Goffinet
            Assignee: Chris Goffinet
             Fix For: 1.1.0

In the BulkRecordWriter, in the close() method if no actual output is sent to the reducer,
which can be caused by having too many reducers and not enough map data, we throw null exceptions
and the job can fail.
