I think that this should be moved to 0.8.8 instead 1.0.1 because memtable_throughput_in_mb
was removed in 1.0.0. Also CLI does not accept float because that parameter is int, do you
think that this is a good idea to change it to float even if it would be used only for testing
proposes?
