v4 attached (against trunk), with compilation fixes.

Looks like it needs another check for uses of DD.getRpcTimeout.  Here are some suspicious
ones:

- MS.timeoutReporter
- ReadCallback
- RepairCallback
- StorageProxy.DroppableRunnable
