UnavailableException does mean, by definition, "some hosts are down" (which means that we
don't really have anything to bubble anything, we can just have cqlsh write it in plain english
if we'd like).

But this made me think, maybe we could attach a String to the UnavailableException saying
which nodes are down. Not sure what are the consequence in term of thrift compatibility though
and if it has any, it's probably not worth the trouble.
