Consistency level specifications are made up the keyword @USING@, followed by a consistency
level identifier. Valid consistency levels are as follows:

* @CONSISTENCY ZERO@
* @CONSISTENCY ONE@ (default)
* @CONSISTENCY QUORUM@
* @CONSISTENCY ALL@
* @CONSISTENCY DCQUORUM@
* @CONSISTENCY DCQUORUMSYNC@

i.e., you want "BEGIN BATCH USING CONSISTENCY QUORUM"
