There currently is no way of specifying the path/url to the,
it is just presumed to be at the root of your classpath.

But the one file can serve not just every node in the cluster,
but all nodes in all clusters (useful when test environments run multiple nodes/clusters per
server, so it does make sense to allow loading from a URL. 

I can make a new patch for this (although i think this issue becomes an improvement then).
