When 0.7.0 comes out is release 1 higher than rc3?

I'm a little slow on the uptake. I think Nick is right, 0.7.0 is going to sort lower than
0.7.0-rc3 (thwarting some upgrades).

Removed JNA dependency as that is not on stock yum repos. Unfortunately, yum does not widely
