Brandon, can you beat up a cluster badly enough to start dropping repair messages like this,
now that http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-1677 shows what exactly we're dropping?
 AS mentioned in CASSANDRA-1674 we're not really sure what is happening here so I don't want
to commit this until we understand that better.
