Johan - I just ran the word_count_setup and word_count on a clean build of trunk.  I didn't
get the error you're describing.  Did you run word_count_setup first?

I'm not sure if something since this was created resolved the problem or if I'm just not doing
what you're doing.

It seems to work okay - though the execute bits on contrib/word_count/bin/* aren't set in
vcs.
