Subject [jira] Commented: (CASSANDRA-699) Add (optional) expiration time for column
Date Wed, 19 May 2010 19:52:17 GMT

Omer van der Horst Jansen commented on CASSANDRA-699:

I've applied the three latest patches to the downloadable 0.6.1 source code from
. The patches apply without any issue but running ant release generates several compilation
errors in class org.apache.cassandra.thrift.Column.

Am I missing a step in the build process?

The patches won't apply to the current 0.6 branch from svn.

> An expired column would act much like a 'markedForDelete' one.
