    [CARBONDATA-2119]deserialization issue for carbonloadmodel

    Problem:
    Load model was not getting de-serialized in the executor due to which 2 different carbon
table objects were being created.
    Solution:
    Reconstruct carbonTable from tableInfo if not already created.
