chmod 755 -R /home/cmcsftp/INBOUND/  using root permissions and try the camel job again

Yes, the code is deployed in Linux.
Can you give more info on changing mode.

The file in the path /home/cmcsftp/INBOUND/dra/def.gz is picked for routing successfully.

Whereas the file /home/cmcsftp/INBOUND/outbound Dialler/abc.csv is throwing Permission Denied,
MarkerFile.acquireexclusivelock exception.

Please help. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
