Hi Matt,

That was my initial gut feeling. Do you have any additional details of how to handle such
use cases? 

Are they dependent on the container in which Camel is running and for Reliable Delivery of
message we have to build DB/In-memory repositories?

Stream caching is for when the body of a message is a stream and you want
to read from it multiple times (e.g., to log the body or run multiple
expressions against it). I don't think it applies to either scenario.
