Camel uses internally SLF4J as its logging API. So, assuming you are using
maven, just use the following:

<dependency>
   <groupId>org.apache.logging.log4j</groupId>
   <artifactId>log4j-slf4j-impl</artifactId>
   <version>2.2</version>
   <scope>runtime</scope>
</dependency>
