In that case, you can retrieve the values whatever you want using any evaluators ( Based on your message type, like XPath, XQuery, OGNL ) Store each value in headers or in properties. Then by calling these headers/properties you can form the 'from' URI. I don't think you need to work with the objects and all. You can do this in the Camelcontext xml itself.
