What do you mean by "its configuration"?

Do you mean configuring endpoint uris and <bean> stuff in xml files?
If so, then no you cannot.

You can use property placeholders for that.
http://camel.apache.org/using-propertyplaceholder.html

And depending on you use spring or blueprint, then you can use their
placeholder support as well.
Though for spring xml, it may have some spel support in its property
placeholder stuff. But you need to check the spring docs for that.
