Just an observation...
Perhaps it is worth upgrading Hapi dependency on camel to Hapi 2+, as the
HL7 Message in 2+ is fully serializable,
so no need to do any extra hl7 marshalling/unmarshalling on passing msgs
between queues and endpoinds. etc.
