Its just Java Code, so create a new com.ibm.mq.jms.MQConnectionFactory instance.
And use it's API to set the options you need such as host name, port
etc. Read the IBM docs how to do that.

Then on the Camel JmsComponent you can set  the MQConnectionFactory
instance using the setConnectionFactory method.
