In MOST cases, if someone not subscr= ibed to=20 the list sends a mail, it goes into the moderation queue. At some poi= nt=20 later, one of the moderators (we currently have 4 I think) may see it a= nd=20 moderate it through at which point it will appear on the list. If your post isn't be accepted to dev@ via that mechanism, that would b= e a bit=20 strange. Next time it happens, if you could get on IRC or something = so I=20 can get the message ID and such, I can likely work with the infrastruct= ure=20 folks to try and figure out why.
