No.   At that point, you start actually using parts of CXF's blueprint 
support:

http://cxf.apache.org/schemas/blueprint/core.xsd

Use:

<cxf:bus xmlns:cxf="http://cxf.apache.org/blueprint/core" name="cxf">
   ......
</cxf:bus>
